We are planning on posting plenty of workout plans, how-to videos, meal plans and plenty of motivation!  We should have plenty of good information posted within a week.</p>

<p>The following is the type of clips we like to watch and show others.  Motivation&#8230;.Period! It&#8217;s a great example of the results we can achieve when we shut off the negative self-talk.  When we do so we find that we are all capable of SO much more!  I can&#8217;t help but get fired up while watching it.  In fact&#8230;I&#8217;m going to hit the treadmill right after this.</p>
